Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 hrs (40 hrs/week). On-site work mode. Responsibilities: * Greet and orient visitors. * Manage phone calls and email correspondence, supporting the company’s internal and external communications. * Receive, prepare, and register mail, documents, and correspondence. * Perform errands and transport documentation within and outside the branch. * Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and document digitization. * Use office software tools for efficient information management. Requirements: * Completed secondary education / Vocational secondary education. * Prior experience in this or a related role is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in office software / Office 365 (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook). * Proficiency in using technological tools (computer).
