Main Responsibilities: ? Gather technical and functional requirements for new projects. ? Prepare project feasibility studies. ? Develop architectural solutions for new projects. ? Carry out architectural project development. ? Integrate technical specialties. ? Manage documentation and drawing control. ? Provide technical support to construction sites and field teams. ? Coordinate with reviewing authorities and clients. ? Participate in technical processes and tenders. Requirements: ? Degree in Architecture, recognized in Chile. ? Postgraduate qualification in project development. ? LEED certifications or experience in passive design and water efficiency (not mandatory). ? Minimum 7 years of professional experience (not mandatory). ? Experience in technical coordination of projects. ? Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and permitting procedures. ? Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, or other modeling platforms. ?
