Job Summary: We are seeking professionals for a personal banking training program focused on developing commercial skills and customer service capabilities to strengthen our team. At Banco de Chile, we have developed an Executive Training Program for Personal Banking, designed to equip participants with essential tools for learning their role and performing their duties effectively—enhancing skills, developing talent, and ensuring we have the best executives for our customers. The program will run for 3 months through theoretical and practical training, supported by a mentor during the initial months and ongoing performance measurements with continuous feedback to progressively achieve set objectives. Training Program Objectives: • Acquire diverse knowledge of commercial tools, such as customer experience, sales techniques, financial products, among others. • Achieve a Commercial Systematic Approach, which aims to incorporate structured commercial practices to optimize productivity and reinforce customer-focused management. • Understand and apply protocols in accordance with Bank policies and service quality standards. Position Objectives: • Manage plans for acquiring new customers and selling products, complying with service protocols. • Ensure operations comply with the Bank’s credit policies. • Review and monitor customer overdrafts. • Conduct maintenance and customer retention calls to strengthen relationships. • Proactively identify business opportunities through calls. • Resolve customer requests via email and/or phone, online submissions, credit simulations, among others. • Present credit proposals to committees. Requirements: - Graduates in Commercial Engineering, Administration Engineering, or related fields. - Interest in acquiring new knowledge to advise a commercial client portfolio. - Availability to start in July 2026.
