Investigate incidents and propose corrective actions **Occupational Risk Prevention Specialists – Mining Site (7x7 Shift)** ---------------------------------------------------------- **CS Energy**, a company with over **47 years of experience** delivering engineering solutions for mining, critical infrastructure, and data centers, is currently seeking **Occupational Risk Prevention Specialists** to join a major mining project in the Atacama Region. If you are a professional with solid mining experience, field leadership capabilities, and a passion for safety, we invite you to join our team! **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Provide ongoing advisory support to management on Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental matters. * Lead on-site preventive management, promoting a safety and self-care culture. * Supervise compliance with current legal regulations and client standards. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive activities for the project. * Conduct on-site safety audits and inspections. * Prepare technical reports, management indicators, and reporting documentation. * Investigate incidents and accidents, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive measures. * Monitor compliance with Safety and Occupational Health KPIs. * Coordinate training sessions, inductions, and prevention campaigns. * Ensure adherence to internal procedures, mining standards, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Qualifications** * **Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.** * Valid registration with the Regional Ministry of Health (SEREMI de Salud). ### **Experience** * **Minimum 8 years of experience** as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist. * Demonstrable experience in **mining operations**. * Experience leading risk prevention teams and advising operational and supervisory teams. * Experience in industrial projects and/or installation works will be considered an advantage. **General Knowledge** --------------------------- * Human and financial resource management. * Labor legislation and Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001). * Current environmental legislation. * Mining safety standards. * KPI management and monitoring. * Preparation of reports and management indicators. * Planning, coordination, and control of activities. * Performance and quality control. **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * Internal and on-site audits. * Incident and accident investigation. * Preparation of technical reports. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Document management. * Hazard identification and risk assessment. * Implementation and monitoring of preventive action plans. **Skills** --------------- * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Planning and organization. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Strong commitment to safety. * Ability to work under pressure. **Mandatory Requirements** -------------------------- ✅ **Residence in Copiapó.** ✅ **Immediate availability.** ✅ **Availability to work on a 7x7 shift.** ✅ **Valid Class B driver's license.** ✅ Medical fitness compatible with mining site work. ✅ Pass **pre-employment medical examinations** and the accreditation process required for site access. **We Offer** ------------- * Join a company with over **47 years of experience** in critical infrastructure projects. * Participate in a major mining project in the Atacama Region. * Job stability. * Professional development. * Excellent working environment. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience and competencies. **Work Location:** Mining site – Atacama Region. **Schedule:** **7x7 shift**. **If you meet the requirements and wish to take on a new professional challenge, please apply by sending us your updated CV.** **Join CS Energy and let’s build together a world-class safety culture!**
