If you have experience in this field and are ready for a new challenge, this opportunity is for you. · Job Description You will be responsible for leading and overseeing operational activities, managing assigned teams, and maintaining relationships with designated clients. Lead and motivate your team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Participate in the development and monitoring of contract-related performance indicators. Propose and implement continuous improvement actions aimed at enhancing contract efficiency and profitability. Record and verify consumption, portioning, supplies, and losses associated with the service. · Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in this role (mandatory) Experience in the mining sector (desirable) Residence within Regions II to IV. Experience in Food Services. Experience in team management. Ability to build strong relationships with assigned clients.
