Regarding gender equity, we aim to achieve 35% female representation by 2027 and generate equal opportunities for all people, as we firmly believe in the value of diverse teams (this offer falls under Law 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities). **We invite you to become part of the best place to develop your talents!** **Position Purpose:** Ensure the area's production programs are fulfilled through proper execution of required mechanical maintenance services, maintaining control over risks and ensuring proper care of equipment, tools, and materials under one's responsibility, while complying with—and ensuring others comply with—Division- and Corporation-established policies, standards, and procedures related to safety, occupational health, environmental protection, and diversity and inclusion. **Because here your talents will serve Chile!** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment at the concentrator plant. * Assemble and disassemble mechanical equipment and structures. * Perform alignments and adjustments on rotating components. * Lubricate and calibrate mechanical equipment according to established procedures. * Apply welding and mechanical fabrication techniques when required. * Comply with safety and environmental regulations during each intervention **Publication Requirements:** * Completed secondary education diploma and/or Technical Degree (Medium or Higher Level). * Minimum 1 year of experience in the mining industry. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical maintenance of concentrator plants or similar industrial processes. * Valid Class B driver's license with at least 2 years of validity. * Health compatible with the position. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of welding and mechanical fabrication. * Certification and/or experience in welding. * Experience in maintenance of critical concentrator plant equipment, such as crushers, mills, and conveyor belts. * Maintenance and repair of mechanical components, including transmissions, couplings, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and sealing systems. * Class D, A4, and/or A5 driver's license for operation of lifting and transport equipment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Offered Conditions:** * Contract type: Indefinite-term. * Contractual position title: Maintainer. * Work location: Salvador Division. * Work shift: 7X7\. * Number of vacancies: 01\. **Application Deadline: Friday, June 12, 2026\.** Application closing time: 23:59 hrs.
