Ensure safety and efficiency in mining activities. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Mining Equipment Supervisor** to oversee the operation, availability, and maintenance of equipment used in mining sites and services. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical staff, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring that activities are carried out safely and efficiently. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise mining equipment operation and maintenance activities. * Coordinate technical personnel and assign tasks according to site requirements. * Monitor equipment availability, utilization, and operational conditions. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. * Identify failures or deviations and manage solutions with technical teams. * Verify compliance with safety procedures and operational standards. * Maintain records of interventions, failures, operating hours, and availability. * Prepare performance reports and communicate updates to management. **Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in **Mechanics, Heavy Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance**, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising equipment, maintenance, or mining operations. * Experience leading technical teams on-site. * Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in mining operations. * Proficiency in Excel and maintenance control tools. * Knowledge of safety and on-site work procedures. * Ability to solve problems and make decisions on-site. * Willingness to work on-site and under shift systems as required.
