Provide direct support to management in developing processes by applying relevant safety tools, ensuring compliance with—and enforcement of—policies, standards, and procedures established by the Division and the Corporation related to safety, occupational health, environment, and diversity and inclusion. **Because here your talents will serve Chile!** **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement management systems across the Division’s various areas. * Monitor and implement all occupational health-related activities. * Provide advisory support to line management on all occupational safety and health matters. * Coordinate, lead, and direct field audits. * Monitor the existing preventive tools platform. * Report KPIs and management reports. * Manage the resolution of findings identified by all regulatory bodies. * Participate in investigative commissions for incidents or accidents. * Coordinate and advise Joint Hygiene and Safety Committees. **Application Requirements:** * Professional degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Must hold a Sernageomin B Mining Safety Certificate. * Minimum 7 years of professional experience in related areas within the mining industry. * Minimum 5 years of experience in operational areas of the mining industry. * Must hold a Diploma in Health, Hygiene, or related field. * Must hold a valid Class B driver’s license. * Physical and mental fitness compatible with the position. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Certification as an SNS Safety Expert. * Proficiency in common software applications (user level). * Familiarity with Codelco’s safety regulations. **Offered Conditions:** * Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. * Position Title: Occupational Safety Manager. * Work Location: Salvador Division. * Work Shift: 4x3\. * Number of Vacancies: 01\. **Application Deadline: Tuesday, May 19, 2026\.** Application Closing Time: 23:59 hrs. “I hereby declare that I am fully aware of the conditions, in accordance with Codelco’s regulations, that may constitute incompatibility for holding the position to which I am applying and, consequently, affect my continuity in the selection process.
