Ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations BRINKS CHILE is seeking an experienced **Mining Site Supervisor** to provide services at a mining company located in Copiapó. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site the proper execution of operational and security services, ensuring compliance with standards agreed upon with the client. * Coordinate and supervise assigned personnel, ensuring appropriate shift scheduling and workload distribution. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, labor legislation, and internal company policies. * Monitor team performance and support achievement of defined operational indicators (KPIs). * Report operational incidents, deviations, and improvement opportunities to the Contract Administrator. * Support maintenance of a healthy work environment and collaborative relationships with the client. **Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in Administration, Logistics, Executive Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience at a mining site**. * Valid **Class B driver's license (mandatory)**. * Proven experience supervising on-site work teams. * Knowledge of current safety regulations and labor legislation. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts according to site requirements.
