NEWREST seeks to incorporate an **HR Analyst for the Caserones mining operation located in Copiapó (10x10 shift\).** **Responsibilities** * Provide required documentation to employees. * Contract renewals, assignments, termination reports, and notice letters. * Schedule high-altitude medical examinations and safety courses required by the nature of the work. * Administer the database provided by the Regional Office. * Maintain orderly filing and archiving of on-site documentation. * Provide necessary information to the Northern Regional Office upon request from various departments regarding: hiring and terminations. * Submit required documentation to obtain the Labor Inspection Certificate. * Enter monthly variables for payroll processing. * Manage disciplinary actions, loans, and medical leaves. **Requirements** * Completed technical secondary education or technical-professional education aligned with HR. * HR experience, preferably in mining. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Availability for the 10x10 shift.
