If you share our bold mindset of being the best in our class, we want you with us \#wewantyouIN. **Your Future Role** Execute theoretical and practical training activities in technical, operational, and safety subjects, ensuring participant competency development in compliance with current legal regulations and customer and company standards. **Responsibilities** * Plan and deliver critical training courses (lockout, working at heights, lifting operations, confined spaces, service equipment operation, welding, plant maintenance, etc.), both theoretical and practical. * Ensure proper implementation of programs approved by the Center Leader. * Apply active learning methodologies and simulation tools where appropriate. * Evaluate participants' acquired competencies in the field and document evidence. * Comply with regulations from SENCE, Sernageomin, and mutual insurance organizations according to training type. * Support the design and updating of instructional content and materials. * Maintain up-to-date technical and regulatory knowledge. * Assist in audits, accreditation processes, certification, and document control. **Your Profile** * Technical or Engineering degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. * +3 years of experience delivering training and instruction in mining, industrial, or project environments. * Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks (DS 132, DS 67, Law 16744, safety protocols, Sernageomin). * Understanding of critical operational risks and their controls (working at heights, lifting operations, lockout, confined spaces, welding, hazardous energy, equipment operation, plant maintenance). * Instruction techniques, adult education (andragogy), and active teaching methodologies. * Training and certification processes (SENCE, mutual insurance organizations, customer homologations). * Proficiency with training tools and equipment (simulators, e\-learning, LMS platforms). **Are you ready to drive the future with us?
