The selected candidate will be responsible for planning the development and resources required for the administration and execution of assigned construction project portfolios, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, schedule, and cost standards aligned with corporate and legal regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------------------------- * Oversee and supervise activities across the lifecycle of the project portfolio under responsibility; monitor budget adherence, physical and financial progress, and implement corrective actions in response to deviations. Evaluate KPIs established in contracts (safety, quality, cost, and schedule). Conduct field inspections and provide technical support. Deliver required technical documentation timely and ensure its proper backup. * Continuously stay informed about project progress, assess performance, and provide on-site technical support. Identify and manage potential risks that may impact the normal execution of portfolio projects and report them to stakeholders. Review compliance with corporate standards and facilitate coordination among teams. * Generate periodic reports providing key information on project status, alerts, and action plans. * Attend meetings with internal departments such as project controls and engineering to coordinate key activities and resolve interferences through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
