Ensure measurements, diagnose issues, and coordinate actions to prevent catastrophic failures, optimizing equipment lifecycle under operational excellence standards. Main Responsibilities * Predictive Strategy Leadership: Lead Condition-Based Maintenance, transforming raw data into technical diagnoses that ensure maximum asset reliability. * Multidisciplinary Diagnosis: Integrate and analyze various monitoring techniques, including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis (lubricants/dielectrics), ultrasonics, and circuit analysis. * Quality Control and Acceptance: Rigorously validate that equipment repaired by third parties meets severity standards prior to commissioning. * Asset Management and Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring failures, propose proactive improvements, and apply reliability tools to prevent catastrophic shutdowns. * Governance under the Integrated Management System: Maintain and update procedures, technical instructions, and calibration of precision instruments under the Integrated Management System. * Interdisciplinary Coordination: Serve as the critical technical liaison between Operations and Maintenance departments for data-driven decision making. **Position Description** Mission: Coordinate and supervise operational tasks within your unit/department according to established procedures, in order to autonomously select and redefine concrete operational methods adapted to project-specific characteristics. They are responsible for defining and establishing the necessary strategy for Operations Services, maximizing company results—with particular emphasis on customer relationships—and aligning activities and projects within their area with the needs and services demanded by internal customers. They are responsible for repairing and maintaining auxiliary machines and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to verify installations are in good operating condition. Perform general maintenance work and maintenance of service automation components. **Candidate Requirements** **Candidate Profile** * Graduate Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering), with solid knowledge of rotating machinery. * Valid ISO 18436\-2 Category II Vibration Analyst certification (mandatory for autonomous diagnosis of complex faults and phase analysis). * Demonstrable technical competence in interpreting non-destructive testing methods, including Infrared Thermography, Acoustic Ultrasonics, and Physicochemical Oil Analysis (lubricants and dielectrics). * Precision Techniques: Practical experience in laser shaft alignment, dynamic rotor balancing, and correction of installation base conditions (e.g., detection and resolution of soft foot). * Management and Software: Advanced proficiency in condition monitoring platforms (data collector software) and maintenance management systems (CMMS/GMAO). * Work Shift: 5x2 *ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2023, 2024 and 2025 certification in Chile, recognizing the Company as one of the best employers.
