The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting the operational conditions of the assigned area and controlling variables and equipment according to defined parameters, in order to fulfill the daily plan and contribute to operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities Include:** Monitoring operational variables and parameters of equipment in the primary crushing area according to Work Orders (WO), performing tasks such as lubrication control, pressure monitoring, vibration analysis, air compressor operation, greasing, counterweight checks, among others. Additionally, performing checklists and recording equipment contingencies and failures, reporting them to Maintenance. Performing checklists in assigned areas, including primary crushing, pebble crusher, grinding, flotation, Phase 3, filters, lime plant, tailings dams, thickeners, tailings storage facility, and hydraulic interconnection. Documenting all relevant and critical information related to the area. Reviewing shift handover reports and receiving information from the previous shift. Maintaining order and cleanliness in their assigned area (housekeeping). Providing support, when required, for tasks assigned by supervision—including equipment maintenance and inspections—among others. Responding to operational emergency calls and supporting the emergency response team as appropriate. Submitting shift reports detailing completed tasks, pending items, and contingencies, as well as monthly reports on fire protection system equipment inspections. Complying with all legal and regulatory competencies and training requirements applicable to the position for which they are hired. Performing all role-related activities in accordance with the RMMS Management System guidelines: Health & Safety, Business, Governance, Environment, and Social Aspects. When carrying out job-related activities, act in compliance with occupational health and safety policies, standards, and procedures, considering associated risks and protective measures. What Are the Requirements? Completed Secondary Education. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge and/or experience in Lototo, working at heights, excavation permits, confined space entry, hot work, lifting operations. **Software:** Word, Excel, PowerPoint – basic level.
