Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** **Job Description** Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by the individual’s unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by the supervisor, to execute delegated tasks and meet project requirements. They are responsible for defining and establishing the necessary strategy for Operations Services, maximizing company results—with particular emphasis on customer relationships—and aligning area activities and projects with the needs and services demanded by internal customers. They are responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance of machinery and auxiliary equipment. Conduct regular inspections to verify that facilities remain in good operational condition; perform general maintenance work and maintain automation components for services. **Candidate Requirements** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform water quality characteristic analysis according to the current minimum sampling plan, established procedures, and standardized analytical techniques. * Analyze specific samples not covered by the minimum sampling plan. * Determine compliance with water quality specifications based on analytical results. * Report water product quality deviations to the shift supervisor. * Report analytical results to the hierarchical supervisor. * Report water product quality deviations to the hierarchical supervisor. * Support the Instrumentation and Operations departments in verifying production monitoring and measurement devices when required. * Perform verification and/or calibration of monitoring and measurement devices used in the laboratory. * Ensure laboratory operation regarding: availability of reagents, measurement equipment, and sampling materials. * Apply laboratory safety regulations and good practices. * Ensure legal compliance of the organization within the scope of Acciona Agua S.A.U.’s internal Quality Control Laboratory in Chile. * Prepare reagents for analysis. * Collect water samples for analysis as required. * Manage, control, and maintain all planning, support, and operational documentation of the integrated management system related to the process. * Apply, review, and improve laboratory-related technical procedures and instructions. **Competencies:** * 3 years of experience (minimum demonstrable: 1 year). * Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Office applications. * Class B driver’s license required (non-exclusionary). * Work proactively, methodically, and systematically. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems. * Knowledge of water analysis. **Academic Requirements:** * Technician in Analytical Chemistry, Laboratory Chemist, or related degree. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 5x2 schedule. *ACCIONA has received the Top Employer certification for 2023, 2024, and 2025 in Chile, recognizing the Company as one of the best employers.
