At Aramark, a leading company in the food industry, we are looking for a Quality Advisor with experience in service companies operating in mining sector contracts. Your main objective will be to supervise and carry out ongoing actions aimed at ensuring food production quality according to corporate quality policies and procedures, with the purpose of achieving compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational guidelines regarding food safety and customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities: * Provide technical advisory support to the contract according to the plans, programs, and activities of the quality department, aiming to contribute to the improvement of both production and service procedures * Continuously supervise compliance with quality procedures to reduce the likelihood of risks and deviations * Perform administrative tasks specific to the area to help maintain orderly documentation and reliable information * Carry out activities related to the job function as requested by management, contributing to the achievement of department goals Requirements: * Food Engineer with specialization in food quality and safety (mandatory) * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles * Specific knowledge of current legal regulations, HACCP, ISO 9001, GMP * Availability to work shifts * Residence in the northern zone * At least 6 months of experience in mining camps.
