




Job Summary: Monitor operational parameters, detect deviations, execute remote operations, and prepare reports to ensure the efficiency of energy systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Remote monitoring of electrical systems and generators 2. Participation in 24/7 rotating shifts 3. Active communication with the CORE for operational support * Monitor operational parameters of equipment (generators, electrical systems, etc.) using SCADA platforms or other control systems. * Detect alarms, events, or deviations; activate protocols and escalate according to procedures. * Execute authorized remote operations safely and with proper documentation. * Prepare fault reports and critical event reports, including blackout reports. * Maintain assigned operational KPIs up to date and properly documented. * Establish active and continuous communication with the CORE, providing operational support and status updates. * Record data, events, and analyses in operational management systems. * Support the operations team in interpreting data to improve efficiency. * Participate in 24/7 rotating shifts as scheduled by the department. * Comply with established safety, quality, and operational procedures. \- Requirements: * Technician or professional in Electricity, Automation, Industrial Control, or related field. * Experience in remote monitoring, SCADA, process control, or control rooms. * Knowledge of power generation, grids, or energy systems (desirable). * Proficiency in technical reporting, indicator management, and fault analysis. * Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and decision-making capability. * Availability for rotating shifts. **Equal employment opportunity** We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
