We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer to join one of our projects, ensuring proper management and control of activities within their discipline. **Job Objective:** To oversee project execution according to your discipline, ensuring accurate technical documentation review, inter-disciplinary coordination, quantity take-offs, progress control, and timely management of critical discipline-specific resources. Main Responsibilities * Critically review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and BIM models. Prepare and issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to supplement or clarify information requirements. * Perform material, resource, and equipment quantity take-offs to support procurement and progress tracking, maintaining orderly traceability. * Generate purchase requests and support technical and economic evaluation of supplier quotations. * Monitor and report physical and production progress, linking quantity take-offs with planning and Payment Measurement Bases. * Support biweekly scheduling and implementation of the AWP methodology, assigning updated quantities and associating references to the model.
