We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer to join one of our projects, ensuring proper management and control of disciplinary activities. Position Objective: To oversee the project according to the assigned discipline, ensuring accurate review of technical documentation, coordination among specialties, quantity take-offs and progress monitoring, and guaranteeing timely management of critical inputs for the discipline. Main Responsibilities * Critically review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and BIM models. Prepare and issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to supplement or clarify information requirements. * Perform material, supply, and equipment quantity take-offs to support procurement and progress monitoring, maintaining orderly traceability. * Generate purchase requests and support technical and economic evaluation of supplier quotations. * Monitor and report physical and production progress, linking quantity take-offs with scheduling and Payment Measurement Bases. * Support three-week scheduling and implementation of the AWP methodology, updating quantities and associating references to the model.
