Main Responsibilities * Critically review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and BIM models. Prepare and issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to supplement or clarify information requirements. * Perform material, supply, and equipment quantity take-offs to support procurement and progress monitoring, maintaining orderly traceability. * Generate purchase requests and support technical and economic evaluation of supplier quotations. * Monitor and report physical and production progress, linking quantity take-offs with scheduling and Payment Measurement Bases. * Support three-week scheduling and implementation of the AWP methodology, updating quantities and associating references to the model.
