




**Join our team at Dominó!** Because our guests are important, we are seeking a customer service executive for our corporate offices, whose main mission will be to manage and optimize the guest experience across all contact channels, ensuring timely resolution of complaints, monitoring satisfaction levels (NPS), as well as implementing improvements that strengthen brand perception and consumer loyalty. **Responsibilities:** * Handle, route, follow up, and resolve customer complaints received through all guest contact channels, as well as in person, ensuring quick, effective responses aligned with brand standards. * Monitor and manage customer satisfaction indicators (NPS, CSAT), generating periodic reports and proposing action plans to enhance the customer experience. * Record and track every customer interaction in the CRM system or internal platform, ensuring reliable and accessible data for analysis. * Analyze complaint trends and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement in operations, products, or services. Conduct regular training sessions related to the customer experience and hospitality model for staff, both online and in person. * Collaborate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to implement solutions that optimize the customer experience in restaurants, delivery, and digital platforms. * Participate in customer loyalty campaigns and brand communication, supporting the coordination of actions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. * Maintain the brand’s digital reputation by monitoring mentions, comments, and reviews on social media and delivery platforms, suggesting responses and improvement actions. **Our Ideal Candidate** * Technical and/or professional degree in public relations, journalism, hospitality, or related field. * Proficiency in Office (intermediate Excel) * Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles. * Availability to work on-site and in the field If you want to be part of this challenge, apply now and we will contact you! **At Dominó, we believe in inclusion and equal opportunities!
