MEDIUM-SIZED FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY, composed of 18–24 people, WITH A TEAM OF EXPERIENCED MASTER CRAFTSMEN, COMMUNICATIVE AND WITH GOOD INTERPERSONAL TREATMENT. ### **DESCRIPTION** A foundry (bronze) and metalworking company, specialized in fittings and hardware, located in the Lo Pinto area of Lampa, requires a CNC Technician or Designer-Operator for its CNC Machining Center. Main Responsibilities: Part Machining: Operate lathes and/or machining centers, both CNC and conventional. Drawing Interpretation: Read and understand detailed technical drawings for component manufacturing. Perform on-machine programming or CAM software programming (specific experience must be indicated). Machine Setup: Complete machine configuration, including tool mounting, workpiece clamping, and machining parameter adjustment. 3D Printer Operation (Desirable): Use 3D printer for prototyping, fixtures, or other required components. Quality Control: Measure and verify dimensions of machined parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Maintenance and Housekeeping: Perform basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Problem Solving: Efficiently identify and resolve operational issues arising during production. Collaboration: Coordinate and work effectively with various departments within the company. Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a Machining Center Operator and PROGRAMMER. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Proficiency in using dimensional measuring instruments. Technical training is ideally related (e.g., Machining Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Machine Tools Technician, or similar). We seek proactive, responsible individuals with strong teamwork orientation. Additional Assets: Specific knowledge of CNC programming (specify controllers used, e.g., Fanuc, etc.).
