We are looking for an **Android Developer** based in Chile, with experience in SaaS and/or Fintech product development, to join Toteat’s engineering team. You will be responsible for building and evolving our native mobile applications, directly impacting the operations of thousands of food & beverage businesses across Latin America. * Design, develop, and maintain new Android features (Kotlin). * Ensure a smooth, secure, and high-performance user experience. * Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Backend, and Support teams to deliver robust solutions. * Propose technical improvements, refactorings, and architectural decisions. * Participate in code reviews, mobile planning, and roadmap definition. * Maintain code quality through automated testing and industry best practices. * Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical culture. **Requirements:** * 5+ years of experience in native Android development with Kotlin. * Prior experience with **SaaS and/or Fintech** products is preferred (B2B or POS experience is ideal). * Strong knowledge of mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Jetpack components). * Solid understanding of offline data handling, synchronization, and performance optimization. * Experience integrating REST APIs and working with mobile CI/CD pipelines. * Proficiency in testing best practices, security, and version control. * Ability to work effectively in agile and distributed environments. * Fluent English and strong technical reading skills in English.
