Train operators and internal staff on equipment and product usage and properties. * Identify the type of support required by the customer and propose solutions. * Present technical-commercial proposals to the customer. * Input design and field data into software. * Prepare work sheets with design parameters for explosive application. * Develop blast initiation diagrams. * Perform blasting simulation using software. * Configure explosive charges. * Slope stability studies. * Vibration monitoring. * QA/QC control. * Generation of improvement proposals. Civil Mining Engineering, Mining Execution Engineering, or related degrees. **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of Electronics. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the role. * Intermediate-level technical English (spoken and written). * Proficiency in Office applications (user level). * Blasting designer license. * Class B driver’s license. * Mining and blasting operations. * Safety standards. * Explosives and blasting. * DS 72 Mining Safety Regulation. * Blasting design and analysis software (AutoCAD, QED, JK2D, SmartBlast Design).
