Our client is a mining company with operations in northern Chile. They are currently seeking an **Operations Deputy General Manager** responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the process and operations management strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives under conditions of health, safety, and environmental protection, thereby enabling the success of the business plan in accordance with current legal regulations, standards, policies, and strategic objectives established by the Company. Key responsibilities include: * Managing the Company’s mining sites. * Coordinating activities across the Company’s various mining sites. * Representing the Company before regional and municipal government authorities, as well as social and community institutions. * Coordinating activities with other departments within the Company. * Planning the Company’s production. * Controlling mining and industrial operational processes. * Supervising the production process on-site. * Reporting operational results to the Operations Management team. * Developing, disseminating, coordinating, monitoring, and promoting safety, occupational health, and environmental protection among staff. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in mining/industrial plant operations. Experience leading mining industry operations is required. Knowledge of legal compliance requirements in mining safety, including Supreme Decree No. 132, is essential. Proficiency in SAP and a Class B driver’s license are required. In this role, **you will be responsible for** providing the best advisory service to our affiliates regarding all pension benefits under DL 3500, aiming to deliver accurate information to them and/or their beneficiaries, while also promoting their continued affiliation with the Company to help them build their best possible future pension through our mandatory and voluntary products, according to internal service quality standards, ensuring strict compliance with current legal regulations and policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Advise affiliates and process applications into the system regarding pension benefits within the timeframes established by the Pension Superintendency (SP), both in terms of service response times and waiting periods at branches. * Keep registered procedures updated and resolve inquiries or doubts during and after the benefit has been granted. * Capture and promote the sale of Voluntary Contributions (CV), Agreed Deposits (DC), Voluntary Savings Accounts (CAV), Irrevocable Transfer Orders (OT), and Programmed Withdrawals (RP), providing information about the products or services offered by the administrator. * Daily processing of all pension-related procedures managed at the branch, along with their respective supporting documentation. Requirements: * Technical professional in Administration or related field. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Office 365. * At least 1 year of customer service experience. * Availability to participate in DL3500 training.
