WE HAVE A PLACE FOR YOU* This job offer is governed by Law 21.015, which promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities into the workforce.* GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Responsible for providing standard maintenance service, fault detection, repair, inspection, and commissioning. Perform on-site technical advisory and support according to product lines. Carry out scheduled maintenance, collect requirements, resolve unexpected issues and technical requests from customers, and perform failure analysis, all in accordance with company and/or client standards and procedures. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* Independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including complex repairs on equipment and installations. * Diagnose faults in systems and components by applying technical knowledge and proposing effective solutions. * Provide on-site technical advisory to customers, identifying improvement opportunities and operational risks. * Propose improvements in maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Plan and manage necessary resources (tools, materials, spare parts) for job execution. * Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Coordinate major repair jobs and lead work teams when required. * Prepare detailed technical reports on performed interventions. * Maintain constant communication with customers, delivering recommendations to improve equipment availability. * Use and update maintenance management systems and equipment software. * Train and support junior technicians, transferring knowledge and best practices. * Promote technical team development through coaching and continuous training YOUR PROFILE:* Higher-level technical degree or Engineering in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Heavy Machinery, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role with heavy machinery. * Experience with LOHA equipment such as TH663, LH621, LH514, and LH410 (desirable). * Experience in supervision and leadership of work teams. * Basic technical English (mandatory). OTHER REQUIREMENTS:* Availability to travel within and outside Chile. * Availability to work shift-based schedules as required by the company. * Class B driver's license with minimum 3 years of validity (mandatory). * Class D driver's license (desirable). * Residence in Copiapó (mandatory).
