At Lureye, a leading industrial company with 80 years of experience, we are the energy that inspires confidence. We are looking for an **Operations Supervisor** for our Copiapó branches! Your main objective will be to comprehensively supervise the operations of the Copiapó branch, covering Workshop, Field Service, Logistics, Supply, and Safety, ensuring equipment availability, operational continuity of contracts, rentals, and the proper implementation of guidelines defined by Headquarters, under high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. What you will do: * Ensure fleet availability at the branch through preventive and corrective maintenance. * Maintain equipment, tools, and organization of facilities to ensure effective repairs. * Supervise and control maintenance indicators of the rented fleet. * Ensure operational continuity of local contracts and projects. * Validate and monitor traceability of technician reports (checklists, photos, hour meters, remote supervision). * Maintain full control of warehouse inventory and critical stock at branches with direct responsibility over supply and spare parts management. * Conduct periodic inventories and manage entries/exits. * Supervise and validate equipment dispatches and returns. Evaluate local logistics and transportation providers. * Carry out team recognition activities. Motivate and engage staff with the Company’s strategic initiatives. * Promote a preventive culture within the technical and logistics team. ✅ Key Requirements: * At least 5 years of proven experience in generator set maintenance, logistics, or operational management, as well as industry-specific experience (operations, maintenance). * Experience managing local operational projects (workshop process optimization, reduced response times). * Experience managing and controlling critical inventories at branch level (minimum stock, projected consumption, reduction of stockouts). * Educational background: Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Electrical Machinery, or Electromechanical Engineering; Senior Technician in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical fields. * Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, GSuite. * Residence in Copiapó. * Valid class B driver's license. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 to 18:00 hrs.
