We invite you to join Fundación Integra! **Job Functions:** Integra, a non-profit institution that is part of the Network of Foundations of the Presidency and a leader in early childhood education in Chile, with over 25,000 employees nationwide, is seeking: * Position: Early Childhood Educator * Schedule: 08:30 hrs. to 17:30 hrs. * Commune: Cañete * Region: Biobío * Duration: Subject to medical leave **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Lead the educational process of the children in their assigned group(s), in partnership with families and the community, within the framework of the Educational Quality Policy, managing their team and collaborating in the design and implementation of the Institutional Educational Project, to promote timely and relevant learning, full development, and comprehensive well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and develop the educational process for their assigned group of children, during the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and feedback in enriched and comfortable educational environments, through collaborative work with the classroom team, to achieve quality learning outcomes. * Plan, implement, and evaluate feedback sessions with their team for critical reflection and analysis of pedagogical practices, to improve the quality of learning processes and strengthen their knowledge, skills, and attitudes. * Lead and implement diversified strategies to encourage active participation of children's families in the educational process, coordinating with Extended Hours when applicable. * Lead and carry out initiatives to promote respectful treatment, healthy living, and environmental care for children in their assigned group, in collaboration with families, fostering an environment that supports their holistic development and quality learning. **Requirements:** Professional Degree in Early Childhood Education from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education Knowledge of the Rights-Based Approach **Desirable:** One (1\) year of experience as an Early Childhood Educator in a daycare or kindergarten **Offer Conditions:****Benefits:** * Base salary * Location Allowance: 4% of base salary
