Carry out, attend to, and guide the various customer requests that arrive at the branch in person, both for teller services and customer service, while also directing customers toward existing remote or in-person and self-service alternatives to ensure compliance with customer service quality standards (KPIs), adherence to regulations and operational risk requirements, contribution to branch operational continuity, and delivery of differentiated customer service. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** * Execute the operational post-sale process for checking accounts.\- Address customer requests according to established procedures and within defined timeframes and quality standards.\- Execute the processes of ordering, dispatching, and destroying the Bank’s valuables (checkbooks, sight vouchers, cards, promissory notes) in accordance with established procedures.\- Perform banking transaction operations.\- Assist customers in resolving questions or queries regarding the operations they can perform and how to carry them out.\- Ensure customer use and movement of their checking accounts.\- Guarantee resolution of customer requests and provide education on managing their checking accounts.\- Ensure confidentiality, security, and professionalism in handling customers’ personal information. **To succeed in this position, you need:** * Technical education in finance or a related field.\- Banking Teller certification course.\- Prior experience in the financial/banking sector, including experience in customer service areas and document reconciliation.\- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
