Job Summary: We are seeking a Notification Supervisor to manage and optimize maintenance processes in a forestry company, ensuring information quality and flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the generation and closure of maintenance notifications in the system. 2. Coordinate the prioritization of alerts and work orders with operations and maintenance. 3. Ensure the proper flow of notifications and monitor the status of work orders. At Eurofirms, we are currently looking for a Notification Supervisor to work on-site at one of our key clients in the forestry sector. Responsibilities: Supervise the correct generation and closure of maintenance notifications in the system (SAP PM or other). Validate the quality and completeness of information entered into work orders. Coordinate with operations and maintenance on the prioritization of alerts and work orders. Ensure the proper flow of notifications to planning and execution. Monitor the status of work orders (open, in progress, closed). Train and guide users on the notification system. Generate management reports. Identify process deviations and propose improvements. Requirements: Education: Technical or engineering degree in maintenance, administration, logistics, or related field. Experience in maintenance management (ideally in industrial plants). Proficiency in maintenance management systems (SAP PM or other CMMS). Knowledge of the maintenance workflow: notification, planning, and execution. Intermediate-level Excel skills.
