Job Summary: We are seeking a Boiler-making Supervisor to coordinate teams and ensure quality and safety in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures in the forestry sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate boiler-making and welding teams. 2. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. 3. Manage materials and resources for work execution. At Eurofirms, we are currently looking for a Boiler-making Supervisor to work at the facilities of one of our key clients in the forestry industry in the region. Responsibilities: Supervise fabrication, assembly, and repair work on metal structures and equipment. Coordinate boiler-making and welding teams on-site or in workshops. Ensure compliance with fabrication and assembly drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Monitor work progress and adherence to deadlines. Verify safety conditions during cutting, welding, and assembly tasks. Inspect and approve completed work prior to delivery. Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, engineering, operations). Manage materials, resources, and tools required for work execution. Requirements: Education: Higher Technical Degree or proven experience in boiler-making, metal structures, or industrial maintenance. Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader in boiler-making. Knowledge of mechanical fabrication and assembly drawings. Knowledge of industrial safety and hot work procedures.
