




Job Summary: Eurofirms is seeking a mechanical maintenance technician for the forestry sector, responsible for maintenance, fault diagnosis, and follow-up of equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform maintenance and fault diagnosis on forestry equipment. 2. Supervise the quality of contractors' work in the field. 3. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. At Eurofirms, we are currently recruiting a mechanical maintenance technician to work at one of our key clients’ facilities in the forestry sector in this region. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and fault diagnosis on area equipment according to maintenance guidelines and technical specifications. Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks. Inspect production lines. Diagnose faults and address program disruptions. Correct and follow up on faults occurring during shifts. Supervise on-site the quality of work performed by contractors. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain the area in optimal condition, ensuring production continuity and line availability. Track equipment, spare parts, and requests. Requirements: Education: Technical degree in industrial fields, industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly industry or sawmill (ideal). Knowledge of: Wood industry equipment, equipment alignment, hydraulic maintenance, mechanical adjustments, fluid sealing, lubrication. We Offer: Market-competitive remuneration. Work tools (PPE).
