We are currently seeking an **IT Support Executive** for our IT Management team, located in Las Condes commune, El Golf metro station, Santiago. Your primary objective will be to provide technological support to internal customers by managing their requests through a ticketing system and delivering assistance via telephone helpdesk. **Key responsibilities for this role include:** * Providing technological support to internal users. * Remote and/or on-site corrective maintenance, as required, for software or hardware issues affecting computers and printers. * Preventive maintenance, application updates, and operating system upgrades. * Managing and tracking incidents or service requests submitted via the ticketing system. * Telephone helpdesk support. * Developing user guides and procedures. * Active Directory administration. * Rotating on-call duty. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Connectivity and Networks, or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support. * Proficiency in Active Directory. * Experience managing a ticketing system. * Familiarity with telephony software tools. * Proficiency in Office 365. **Working Hours:** * *Fully on-site mode, 44 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (with availability for on-call shifts)* **What We Offer:** * Meal card. * Development plan aligned with the Performance Management process. * Annual merit-based adjustments to base salary and variable compensation. * Complimentary supplementary health, dental, and life insurance. * Excellent workplace environment. * Flexible time off (Vericoins: 2 days). * Oncology agreement with FALP, dental agreement with CEDCHILE, and other health-related agreements.
