The main objective is to ensure the execution of the project according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and contractual deadlines, minimizing any impact on client operations. Key Responsibilities: ? Leadership and Quality Management (HSEC): Responsible for the strict implementation of the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), environmental protection, and risk prevention. Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and Chilean regulations (NCh). Management and documentation of Non-Conformities. Direct supervision of senior personnel (Civil and Electrical). ? Supervision of Civil Works: Full management of new repeater site construction, including: o Supervision of studies (topography, soil mechanics). o Design, fabrication, and assembly of 24-meter self-supporting towers (with future load capacity). o Construction of foundations, slabs, and anchors. o Installation of high-security anti-vandal perimeter fencing (mesh, concertina, electrified fence). o Construction of access roads and drainage systems. o Management of works for antenna relocation. Electrical Infrastructure: Full responsibility for 220 VAC power supply. This includes conduits, wiring, and electrical panels. At sites without power, must manage, apply for, and obtain new electrical connections under the client's name from the local utility provider. Supervision of design and installation of grounding systems (PAT) and lightning rods. Requirements and Conditions: Education: Civil Engineer or Civil Constructor.
