Key responsibilities include: - Verifying sealing parameters, hermeticity, legibility of labeling, and product labeling of finished goods to ensure final product characteristics. - Participating in root cause analyses for quality and food safety deviations detected at the distribution center to support corrective action plans. - Verifying the operation of equipment and operational methodology in cold storage chambers and the distribution center. - Inspecting the cleanliness conditions of dispatch transportation vehicles. - Supporting compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at the distribution center to ensure adherence to established company policies. - Entering results of each dispatch inspection into the company-defined management system. - Verifying the temperature of finished products dispatched to delivery routes. - Ensuring product safety for dispatch and within storage chambers.
