The role aims to plan, coordinate, and oversee all activities related to floating structures—including modules, pontoons, and mooring systems—ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operations at aquaculture sites. **Main responsibilities:** * Lead installation, maintenance, and repair programs for floating structures. * Coordinate maritime mooring and maintenance operations in compliance with current regulations. * Lead technical field teams, promoting operational excellence. * Develop inspection plans, continuous improvement initiatives, and integration of new technologies. * Manage human, material, and financial resources within the department. * Ensure compliance with maritime safety and environmental standards. ### **Job Requirements** * Requirements: Naval Engineer (or related professional) with at least 8 years’ experience in managing floating structures, mooring systems, or naval maintenance. Experience in the salmon farming or maritime industry. Strong technical leadership skills and ability to work on-site. Desirable experience in technological modernization projects for structural systems.
