We are looking for a Machinery Manager to perform duties at a mining site located in the Tarapacá Region, whose responsibilities will be: * Supervise operation and maintenance of trucks, excavators, front loaders, and other heavy equipment. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Comply with mining safety and environmental regulations. * Lead and train operators and mechanics teams. * Monitor fleet availability, cost, and performance indicators. * Prepare reports and propose operational improvements. * Other related job functions. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Heavy Machinery Engineering required. * At least 3 years of experience as Machinery Manager in a mining operation. * Leadership, planning, effective communication, results orientation, and safety awareness required. * Class B driver's license with at least 4 years of validity. Conditions: * Work at a mining site under a shift system (7x7\). * Travel and accommodation provided at the camp. * Work location in the Tarapacá Region. * Project with a duration projection of 2 to 3 years.
