What will you do? * Lead the site prevention team, coordinated with the Safety Management Department. * Establish safety culture and advise the Site Administrator. * Ensure compliance with HSE policies: exposure control, reporting, and incident/accident investigation. * Develop Safe Work Procedures (PTP) with field supervisors and validate safe execution of tasks. * Manage improvement plans and measure their impact to change behaviors. * Comply with regulations and contracts regarding occupational health and safety (PRL). * Implement and maintain the Safety Management System (SGS-SSTMA) according to OHSAS 45.001 and legal requirements. * Represent the Safety Management Department before Mutual organizations and regulatory inspections. What do we expect from you? * Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention; SNS registration; knowledge of Safety Management Systems; proficiency in Office software. * Experience: 8+ years in risk prevention within building construction. * Competencies: Care for people, teamwork, integrity, empathetic leadership, customer focus and excellence, innovation and development.
