





Join the Orizon Seafood team; the People Management department is looking to add an Occupational Health and Safety Expert to its professional team in Coronel. **Position Objective:** Coordinate and verify compliance with personnel safety standards at plants in the 8th region, according to current legal regulations (Law No. 16\.744, D.S. 594 and D.S. 40\), to prevent exposure to risks and occupational illnesses at the company's processing plants. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure compliance with health protocols (MINSAL), safety measures, and internal company procedures, as well as cooperate in the success of safety campaigns and customized personnel programs across different plants. * Advise, analyze, and investigate RISO, COCI, and unsafe conditions within the plant, recording evidence in the SIG system for follow-up, control, and analysis; additionally, conduct follow-up and control of preventive measures from led processes. * Perform contractor personnel authorization. * Develop and execute a comprehensive safety training program for middle management in collaboration with Mutual de Seguridad, including on-site training, updating the Emergency and Evacuation Plan, conducting drills, and delivering monthly reports on progress and protocol compliance. * Monitor and carry out legally mandated compliance actions established by current legislation (D.S. 594, D.S. 40, EXEMPT RESOLUTION 156, DS 160, DS 54, NOTIFICATION IN CASE OF ACCIDENTS). * Maintain and report to the SST Manager and Process Owners; record data and evidence of corrective action plans for unsafe conditions. * Fulfill the monthly work program according to the annual planning on safety matters. * Coordinate and supervise risk prevention activities at Orizon S.A., planning, organizing, and executing actions to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases. * Provide advisory support to the Hygiene and Safety Joint Committee.
