




Carry out, attend to, and guide customers’ various in-person requests at the branch, covering both cashier and customer service functions, while also directing them to available remote, in-person, or self-service alternatives to ensure compliance with customer service quality standards (KPIs), adherence to regulatory requirements and operational risk controls, continuity of branch operations, and differentiated customer service. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** * Execute the operational post-sale process for checking accounts.\- Address customer requests in accordance with established procedures and within defined timeframes and quality standards.\- Execute the ordering, dispatching, and destruction processes for Bank-issued negotiable instruments (e.g., checkbooks, sight vouchers, cards, promissory notes) per established procedures.\- Conduct banking transaction operations.\- Assist customers in resolving questions or doubts regarding the transactions they may perform and how to carry them out.\- Ensure customers’ ability to operate and utilize their checking accounts.\- Guarantee resolution of customers’ requests and provide education on managing their checking accounts.\- Ensure confidentiality, security, and professionalism in handling customers’ personal information. **To succeed in this position, you need:** * Technical education in finance or a related field.\- Completion of a Banking Teller course.\- Prior experience in the financial/banking sector, preferably in customer service and document reconciliation roles.\- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
