Currently, we are seeking a Distribution Center HUB Circuit Manager for our branch located in Cerrillos, Chile, with regional scope. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead HUB operations, ensuring supply and service continuity for direct customers and regional Distribution Centers. * Coordinate logistics, transportation, inventory, and personnel activities, guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance with standards. * Supervise the HUB's administrative and financial management, controlling physical and human resources. * Act as a liaison between internal departments, customers, and suppliers, promoting effective solutions and smooth communication. * Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and BSP programs at the HUB and associated CDs. * Develop and lead the work team, driving continuous improvement and process standardization. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related field. * Experience: 3 to 5 years in logistics, distribution, supply chain, or operational management. * Knowledge: * o SAP and technological tools (mandatory). * o KPI monitoring and budget control. * o ISO standards and good operational practices. * Skills: * o Leadership, decision-making, and effective communication. * o Ability to see the big picture and propose improvements. * o Results orientation, safety focus, and resource optimization. **Schedule and Work Mode:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 17:30 hours, Friday: 08:30 to 15:00 hours * Availability for regional travel (approx. 30%).
