The person filling the SME Pool Executive role will be responsible for managing the SME banking client portfolio they are replacing, with availability to travel to different SME Centers in the Southern region as business needs require. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** * Acquire new clients from the SME segment. Engage and commit to the goals of the SME Center where you are substituting.\- Fully manage the client portfolio being replaced, in terms of sales, risk, and customer experience.\- Perform the same functions as the Commercial Executive being replaced.\- Maintain customer experience at a high standard.\- Handle operational requests and/or customer service requirements. **To succeed in this position, you need:** * Knowledge of SME Banking.\- Proven experience as a Commercial Executive and/or similar role in SME Banking.\- Professional Technical or University degree in Business Engineering or Industrial Civil Engineering, with a focus on the Financial area.\- Availability to travel within the region.
