




At CGS Contact Center, we are seeking to hire Commercial Executives for our new customer service, outreach, and admissions team serving a prominent Higher Education Institution, based at our Santiago Centro contact center. Provide personalized guidance to students, graduates, and professionals interested in continuing their studies. Deliver clear information regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and available benefits; the goal is to accompany and facilitate the educational decision-making process. SCHEDULE: 44-hour weekly work schedule, with rotating shifts Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 hrs, and some Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 hrs (6x1 and 5x2). COMPENSATION: Base salary + monthly bonus. Estimated net total: $530,000. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in customer service (in-person and/or call center) * Sales experience preferred * Proficient Internet and PC user-level skills * Foreign nationals must hold permanent residency (mandatory and verifiable) * Availability to attend a 10-day in-person training program in Santiago Centro, remunerated at $3,000 per day attended Workplace: Our branch located in Santiago Centro (Metro Universidad de Chile or Parque Almagro).
