Currently, for our La Dehesa branch, we are looking for Trainee Customer Service Assistants. What will you do in this role? You will provide excellent service to our customers, answering inquiries and managing after-sales requests related to the bank's products and services. Your contribution will be essential to ensure their satisfaction and strengthen our relationship with them. **Your main challenges will be:** * Provide customer service for various after-sales requests, such as general inquiries, clarification of protested checks, management of notarial powers, document delivery, and other after-sales procedures. * Issue documents such as "vale vistas" and judicial deposits, as well as register telegraphic transfers and treasury memos from other banking institutions. * Manage after-sales requests related to all bank products and services: savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, among others. * Support commercial management by staying updated on the financial solutions offered by the bank, contributing to customer retention. **To succeed in your application, you will need:** * Higher education degree related to the banking sector. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. **Our Proposal:** * You will start with a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal to an indefinite contract, subject to a performance evaluation at the end of the period. * Your working hours will be 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday, in line with our commitment to promoting the well-being of all members of our team.
