




At Orizon Seafood, we are seeking Quality Monitors whose primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with production standards and guarantee food safety in accordance with current regulations. This operational role involves recording, verifying, and controlling critical process points, supporting the acquisition and maintenance of key certifications. Main responsibilities: Maintain and organize up-to-date records per shift. Conduct inspections and follow-up on non-conformities according to regulations. Provide support in internal sampling as per established plan. Review raw material and product receiving and dispatching guidelines. Periodically train staff on regulatory updates. Requirements Education: Intermediate or higher technician in food technology, environment, chemistry, or related field. Experience: At least 1 year in production plants, preferably in quality control. Knowledge: * Familiarity with quality standards and certifications (IFS/BRC, HACCP, ASC, SOP, ISO, etc.) Proficiency in Office tools. Conditions Shift-based schedule. Fixed-term contract.
