At LL Consulting, we are currently seeking an Accounting Analyst for our important industrial and forestry sector client located in Gran Concepción. Your primary objective will be to ensure the proper management, accounting, and payment of accounts payable, advances, and expense reports, aiming to maintain accuracy in financial statements and compliance with established deadlines. Additionally, you will contribute to the optimization of accounting and administrative processes, ensuring adequate cash flow for the company's operations. Your main responsibilities will include: * Reconcile invoices with paid advances, ensuring correct payment application and preventing discrepancies in accounts. * Prepare Form 29 with the SII (Internal Revenue Service) and manage the loading of information into tax files for corresponding audits. * Manage and generate supplier payment rolls using the Softland system, and coordinate payments with respective banks. * Prepare checks for special payments such as severance settlements and factoring, ensuring fulfillment of financial obligations. * Perform detailed analysis of accounts payable, make provisions during monthly closing, and calculate currency exchange adjustments to maintain financial accuracy. * Inform the Deputy Manager of Administration and Finance about cash flow availability for payments, assessing the need to sell US dollars or pursue other financing alternatives. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures in daily activities, promoting a safe work environment free of incidents. Ideal Profile: * Higher academic degree in Auditing Accounting * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles * Up-to-date knowledge in accounting and finance * Proficiency in Softland (accounting software) and familiarity with tax procedure applications * Class B driver's license, personal transportation (desirable) * Availability for full working hours * Residence in Gran Concepción *We offer:* * *Indefinite Contract* If you meet the requirements, apply now!
