This role is critical in ensuring robust, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes, driving technology transfers, and supporting continuous improvement across the site. **What the Candidate Will Do Daily** * Lead MS\&T activities to ensure process robustness, compliance, and operational excellence. * Drive technology transfer projects from R\&D or other Teva sites, ensuring successful scale\-up and validation. * Support cross\-functional teams including Production, QA, QC, and Supply Chain with technical expertise. * Oversee process validation and qualification activities in line with GMP and Teva standards. * Develop and mentor the MS\&T team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. **Experience and Qualifications** * University degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process development, or MS\&T. * Strong knowledge of GMP, validation, and regulatory compliance. * Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across functions. * Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency preferred. **Reports To** Site General Manager **Already Working at Teva?** If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal "Employee Central" portal.
