The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the execution of activities, ensuring achievement of defined objectives and standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating the development of diagnostics and the definition of training plans, ensuring proper implementation of actions together with a team of professionals aligned with the technical proposal. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for timely preparation and submission of reports, safeguarding the quality and consistency of reported information. The position entails overall coordination of activities, data collection and systematization, as well as supervision of the work team, ensuring appropriate progress across all process stages. Proficiency in the Mapudungun language, experience working with Indigenous peoples, and territorial work experience will be valued, along with organizational, leadership, and management skills.
