Job Summary: Support the execution of People Department processes, ensuring compliance with policies and legal regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage employee benefits and update personnel files. 2. Process medical leaves and report absences. 3. Attend to and advise workers on labor-related matters. Viggo, Fuerza en Movimiento, a leading corporate staff transportation service company specialized in mining operations and industrial sectors, is seeking an Administrative People Officer (Pre- and Post-Natal Replacement) for its headquarters in Concepción. Position Objective: Ensure proper compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as meet the expectations of our internal and external clients in alignment with current legal regulations; to this end, support the execution of various People Department processes required by the assigned agency’s labor needs. Main Responsibilities: Manage delivery of employee benefits, such as Compensation Fund assignments, vacation bonuses, social worker assistance requests, travel allowances, etc. Periodically manage the updating of personnel files, both physical and digital. Actively participate in collecting weekly information requested by your supervisor for processing monthly contracts-in-operation certifications, enabling your supervisor to submit them timely and correctly to clients, thereby avoiding EDP withholdings. Manage and report daily staff absences, process medical leaves, enter them into Buk, inform your direct supervisor, report to Santiago, and register them in the attendance book. Support administrative procedures requested by your supervisor, such as: termination agreement confirmations, submission of information to the Labor Inspection Department (IDT), Compensation Fund procedures, etc. Actively participate in collecting weekly information requested by your supervisor to deliver to our internal or external clients for labor audits. Provide ongoing support to our workers, advising them on labor-related matters for our internal clients; topics include payroll settlements, benefits, overtime payments, attendance records, etc. And others.
