The objective of this role is to ensure systematic verification of technical and regulatory compliance, Process Safety (PSM/GSP) standards, and the regulatory framework and best practices adopted by ARAUCO across all plants in the Cellulose business, through planning, execution, and follow-up of audits, corporate assessments, and measurement of process effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: * Plan, coordinate, and conduct technical and PSM/GSP compliance audits at cellulose and energy business plants and production units. * Evaluate compliance with national regulatory requirements (DS10/2012\) and international standards and best practices adopted by ARAUCO. * Verify the implementation and effectiveness of corporate Process Safety standards and procedures. * Identify gaps, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities, ensuring traceability of corrective actions, their effective closure, and measurement of the effectiveness of implemented actions. * Consolidate and report audit results to the Process Safety Management team and senior leadership, including trend analysis and assessment of Process Safety maturity. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field. * Preferred: Master's in Risk Management (MSc). Accredited Lead Auditor course. Training in Process Safety. * Experience: 10 years in roles with responsibility for Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Safety, Risk, Assets). * Knowledge of: * Audit Methodologies: Advanced knowledge of ISO 19011\. * Regulatory Compliance Assessment. * Evaluation of CCPS and OSHA 1910\.119\ elements. * Regulations and Technical Codes: Knowledge of ASME BPVC (Sections I and VIII), API (510, 570, 653\), NFPA 85, ISO 45001, ISO 31000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FM Global standards (desirable). * Strong ability to mobilize and align cross-functional teams within a matrix structure. * Ability to coordinate and manage specialized external services. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Advanced level of technical and communicative English. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI. * Class B driver's license ***At ARAUCO, we work every day to develop renewable forest products that improve people's lives—a mission that challenges us to build committed, enthusiastic, and creative teams.
