This role focuses on advanced diagnosis, component-level (PCB) repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance of electronic and automation systems Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair component-level (PCB) failures in electronic boards, control modules (ECU, VCU, TCM, etc.), power supplies, and variable-frequency drives used in production machinery and test equipment. * Use advanced diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, precision multimeters, SMD soldering stations, etc.) to identify faults and verify functionality post-repair. * Perform functional and load testing on remanufactured electronic components to ensure compliance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. * Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting of recurring failures in remanufactured components to improve internal procedures. * Perform preventive maintenance on electronic and automation systems of critical machinery (e.g., computerized test benches, CNC machines, automated measurement equipment). * Conduct corrective maintenance on plant control systems (PLC, HMI, sensors, actuators) to minimize downtime. * Configure, calibrate, and verify the accuracy of sensors, transducers, and data acquisition systems used in test and quality equipment. * Rigorously and accurately document all interventions, repairs performed, and replaced components in the maintenance management system (CMMS). * Interpret and modify, if necessary, electrical, electronic, and automation schematics. * Maintain software and hardware systems and subsystems under operational conditions, including electrical and electronic equipment and components. Requirements Higher Technical or Professional degree in Industrial Electronics, Automation and Control, Instrumentation, or related field.
